      He and his wife and family were living in Toronto Canada in 1961 and their two youngest children were born there, one of which was Vincent Wing who lived and worked as a Dr in Salcombe.Along with his older brother Alfred.

      When Edward died in 1884 he was living at The Chestnuts Walthamstow his son's Alfred Hughes and Rev. John Harrington Twining were his Executors his will had a codicil.
