    • Ernest enlisted in 9 Dec 1915 he was 20 years and 8 moths old. His occupation was Chemist Assistant living at 53 Fore St Salcombe.
      He continued on in his Fathers footsteps and ran the Chemist shop at 53 Fore st.

      Alice Walsh was his housekeeper. Paul Shepherd remembers going to stay with his Nanna at the Chemist shop sometimes.
