    • Frederick was a member of the Devonshire Artillery Volunteer brigade in 1883.

      In 1871 he was living with his Mother and Sister and Brother with his Maternal Grandparents in Burners Court, Fore St.

      In 1881 he was living with his Maternal Grandmother Eliza May and his younger brother Stephen in Union St. He was an apprentice boot maker.

      In 1891 he was living at 27 Buckley St with his widowed Mother he was a boot maker.

      In 1911 he was a Boot maker journeyman married and living in Bovey Tracey.
