    • 1861 Frederick was living with his Father Eli and Stepmother Susan in Island St.

      1871 Eli was a widower again living in Union St, his occupation was Shipwright, Frederick's occupation was mariner his younger siblings were Jane 12. Frank 10 and Zenas 7.

      1881 Frederick was living in Fore St with Eli who was now a Newsagent and tea dealer.

      1883 Frederick was a member of the Devonshire Artillery Brigade Volunteers.

      1891 Frederick was a labourer living at Higher Batson with his wife Elizabeth and son John 7.

      1901 Frederick was an Agricultural Labourer, he and Elizabeth were living in Buckley St.
