Born in Huish, Crewkerne, Somerset in 1895. In the 1911 census ?Victor? Larcombe was living at 28, Church St., Salcombe, with his parents. He was a market gardener. His father was a naval pensioner and a boatman at the York Hotel. Killed in action 15 May 1917 aged 24. France and Flanders theatre. Burial: Bailleul Road East Cemetery, Saint-Laurent-Blangy, , Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France, Plot: I. J. 2.
