At the Salcombe History Society, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. Salcombe History Society Membership
Salcombe History Society holds the following information on its members:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Telephone/mobile number if supplied
The information is held on an electronic database which is password protected. The information is used solely by approved individuals for the purposes of administration and the distribution of Society related communications to members including membership renewal reminders.
Your personal details will be held as long as you remain a member of the Society. You can delete your membership account at any time on your membership profile page.
Your information is never shared with or sold to any 3rd party.
You have the right to know what information is held on you.
You can withdraw your consent at any time and request that your data be deleted.
